Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez rematch"Unfinished Business" is Over. Filipino boxing champ: The new WBC World super featherweight Champion Manny Pacquiao said "The business is over," after Pacquiao defeated Marquez via split decision.



Pacquiao won a narrow split decision to claim Marquez's WBC 130-pound title Saturday night (Sunday morning in the Philippines). Manny Pacquiao knocked down Marquez in the third round, although Marquez landed more punches at a higher percentage at the later rounds, Pacquiao Defeated Marquez via split decision.

After defeated by Pacquiao via split decision, Marquez told a television interview: "[Pacquiao] knows that I am stronger than him, that's why he's not giving me that rematch."

The Judgment: Judge Duane Ford favored Pacquiao 115-112 and Jerry Roth called it 115-112 for Marquez, while Tom Miller gave a 114-113 edge to Pacquiao. The Associated Press narrowly favored Marquez, 114-113.

After the winner was announced, Pacquiao humbled and appeared most surprised and he admitted that he was quite lucky to have ended up the victor.
